The British boxer prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight round contest which will be broadcast in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Anthony Joshua declared he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "defeat" his opponent as the pair confronted each other to promote next month's boxing match.
Ex two-time world title holder Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami's venue on 19 December.
Boxer's Mindset
"I will damage his features and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I will seriously aim to injure him. That's my intention."
Respectful Exchange
Despite those words, a relaxed Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually known for his showmanship - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked former Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and labeled him "a joke" after Ngannou declined a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, criticized British opponent Fury - and refused a large bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul win.
"[Paul] outshines Fury - he's present here," the boxer said.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
Despite stating he plans to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he said.
Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has primarily fought mixed martial artists or faded names since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in 2023.
Financial Success
However, the inexperienced fighter remains one of the sport's largest money-making draws, regularly earning huge financial rewards.
Prediction and Belief
The 28-year-old forecast a knockout win in round four or five and asserted he would stop the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently being planned for 2026.
"The next fight will be my match with Fury next year," Paul declared.
